THE DISHES

When will I receive my dishes?: Once the order has been received and confirmed, the delivery time will range from one week to 30 days, depending on the design and number of pieces.
You will be informed by email of each step of the process and the estimated delivery date.
Why is the delivery time so long?: All our pieces are personalized, unique and carefully hand painted, respecting each drying and baking process so that each piece comes out perfect.
What if a piece arrives broken?: Please send us an email at info@echevarridesign.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Do you ship to my country?: Yes, we ship worldwide. Depending on the shipping location, there may be additional charges which are detailed in the shopping cart.
